Pet Policy
- Dogs & Cats are welcome
- Must be at least 6 months old
- Two pets maximum per apartment
- Non-refundable pet fee: $350 per pet
- Refundable pet deposit: $150 per pet
- Monthly pet rent: $15 pet rent for 1 pet or $25 pet rent for 2 pets.
